Best Thing: Straightforward, unreserved honesty about what it’s like to be a young woman in a romantic relationship with a young man... ...in the 1970s Worst Thing: Medically outdated! In recent editions Judy Blume has a note at the end on this subject, but how many will read that? Maybe it’s time to update the book to reflect current medical realities.
